A Fall City woman died Thursday after rolling her Ford Explorer into a water-filled ditch off State Route 202 near 264th Street Southeast, the Washington State Patrol reported.

Koreen K. Loe, 60, drowned, according to the King County Medical Examiner’s office. The death was ruled an accident, but investigators were trying to determine why Loe drifted from the road, State Patrol spokesman Jeff Merrill said.
