The City of Snoqualmie has announced that a public hearing on the Snoqualmie Mill Site Development Agreement will be held at its regularly scheduled hybrid council meeting on Sept. 12.
Residents can comment on the proposed agreement at that meeting, which begins at 7 p.m., online or in-person at city hall. Residents can also provide written comments to the City Planner Jason Rodgers (jrogers@snoqualmiewa.gov).
The proposed agreement between the city and the developers, Snoqualmie Mill Ventures LLC, would establish standards that guide the planning and build-out of the Mill Site. That includes mitigation measures and development conditions.
That agreement, alongside a Planned Commercial/Industrial Master Plan submitted by the Mill Ventures, is planned to be voted on by the council on Sept. 26.
Approving both those documents would green light construction of the 10-15 year-long development and allow Mill Ventures to apply for building permits.
