North Bend awards climbing wall contract

North Bend awarded the contract to build the Torguson Climbing Wall to Rockwerx of Barre, Mass. The company has built climbing walls near New York City, in Toronto, Ont. and Riverside, Calif., among other places.

Rockwerx was chosen for its experience, design capabilities, production materials and cost.

North Bend will work out the contract’s specifics with the company in the next two weeks.
