Greenway holds volunteer days

The Mountains to Sound Greenway is offering residents a way to get outdoors and volunteer this winter.

Every Saturday, Mountains to Sound is hosting multiple volunteer events throughout the region. Volunteers join up for trail maintenance and the removal of invasive plant species at parks in North Bend, Squak Mountain and other areas. Events usually run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with half day options also available. Upcoming events include trail maintenance at Squak Mountain on Saturday, Feb. 21, and Saturday, March 7.
