North Bend Library’s First Tuesday Book Group is inviting new members to take part in an evening of lively conversation on a variety of new and notable fiction and nonfiction. The group meets at 7 p.m. the first Tuesday of the month in the North Bend Library Meeting Room, located at 115 East Fourth Street. The book to be discussed this month, on Tuesday, Dec. 2, is “Water for Elephants” by Sara Gruen. The group is also planning its booklist for 2009.
