Friday, April 16
Physical distrubance: At 3:30 p.m., an officer on patrol was dispatched to an address for a physical disturbance. An employee was having problems with a customer. The officer arrived and spoke with the assailant and observed a cut on the back of his hand that was noticeably bleeding. The officer asked what happened and the assailant said he had a knife set that he wanted to return. He bought the knives at another store in Oregon but discovered a knife missing. He called the Oregon store and they said he could return it and they’d give him the missing knife. He took it to the North Bend store but the employee said he could return the knife set but she’d have to charge him Washington state sales tax. The employee said unless he had an Oregon state ID, he would have to pay the sales tax. The suspect walked to the new knives and was going to take them and leave the old ones. A scuffle occurred between the victim and assailant during which the assailant’s hand was cut and glasses were broken.

Monday, April 12
Family issues: At 11:02 p.m., an officer contacted three subjects at PSE Snoqualmie Falls Park. The park was posted as closed after dark. On initial contact two of the subjects were standing between a red Chevy pickup truck and a black 1991 Acura. As soon as the third person saw the officer, she jumped nervously out of the Acura, but was still ducking behind it. The officer asked what was going on and they said they were having family issues. The woman came out from behind the Acura and said that her mother had recently died and she was having problems. The officer had the three stand behind the Acura and found a small infant in the back seat sleeping. Things had been thrown around the vehicle as if it had been rummaged in, and the officer noticed a small zipper bag with remnants of marijuana. The officer asked why the car was rummaged in, and the woman answered, “Do you want to hear the truth?” She told the officer that she was hooked on cocaine and that she met her brother and his friend because she needed help. The officer searched the car and found one gram of marijuana, two empty bags near the baby with small traces of white powder and $500 in cash. The woman was taken into custody for possession of marijuana.

Wednesday, April 21
Dislocated shoulder: At 11:22 p.m., firefighters responded to a 37-year-old man who had dislocated his shoulder. He was treated and transported to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle by King County Sheriff’s deputies.
Tuesday, April 20
Car accident: At 2:48 p.m., firefighters responded to a two-car motor vehicle accident. Six people were involved, but there were no injuries. All patients were allowed to stay at the scene.
Monday, April 19
Chest pain: At 10:58 a.m., firefighters responded to a 51-year-old man who was having chest pain. He was also seen by a paramedic unit from Bellevue Fire Department. The man was treated and transported to Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue via private ambulance.
Sunday, April 18
Drunk man: At 4:07 a.m., firefighters responded to a 21-year-old man who was found outside and intoxicated. The man was treated and transported to Snoqualmie Valley Hospital via the Fall City aid car.
Seizure: At 11 a.m., firefighters responded to an 85-year-old man who had a seizure. He was given an exam and allowed to stay at home in the care of caregivers.
Dizziness: At 12:18 p.m., firefighters responded to a 60-year-old woman who was feeling dizzy. She was also seen by a paramedic unit from Bellevue Fire Department. She was treated and transported to Overlake Hospital Medical Center in Bellevue via the medic unit.
Pain: At 3:51 p.m., firefighters responded to an 84-year-old woman who was experiencing abdominal pain. She was treated and transported to Snoqualmie Valley Hospital via private ambulance.
Saturday, April 17
Fire alarm: At 7:33 p.m., firefighters responded to a commercial automatic fire alarm. It was determined that the alarm was set off by a lighting strike.
Friday, April 16
Overdose: At 2:09 a.m., firefighters responded to a 22-year-old man who had possibly overdosed. He was treated and transported to Swedish Hospital in Issaquah via private ambulance.
Allergic reaction: At 4:50 p.m., firefighters responded to a 57-year-old woman who was experiencing an allergic reaction. She was also seen by a paramedic unit from Bellevue Fire Department, treated and transported to Swedish Hospital in Issaquah via the Fall City aid car.
Field fire: At 7:30 p.m., firefighters responded to a report of a fire in a field. On arrival, the fire had already been extinguished.
