Tuesday, Nov. 9
Accident avoidance: At 9:30 p.m., an officer responded to a two-car collision on Snoqualmie Parkway. The accident occurred when a vehicle swerved into the next lane to avoid a deer, entering into the path of a second vehicle. The second vehicle driver slammed on his brakes and was rear-ended by a following vehicle.
Sunday, Nov. 7
Drunk driving: At 10:35 p.m., an officer noticed a vehicle on Railroad Ave. with its high beams on as it met several cars. The officer stopped the vehicle, contacted the driver and smelled alcohol. He asked the driver to complete several field sobriety tests and to provide a breath sample. Based on the results of these tests, the officer arrested the driver and booked him into the Issaquah Jail.
Saturday, Nov. 6
More Drunk driving: At 12:09 a.m., an officer observed a vehicle driving eastbound on Railroad Ave. with its high beams lit, passing cars without dimming them. The officer stopped the vehicle and contacted the driver, who said that her boyfriend had just told her the high beams were on, so she dimmed them. The officer smelled alcohol and asked the driver to perform several field sobriety tests, which she did with little success. She also consented to give a breath sample, which tested at 0.148. The woman was taken into custody and her boyfriend returned to the bar to call a taxi.
Friday, Nov. 5
Marijuana possession: At 12:40 p.m., an officer clocked a vehicle at 52 mph in a 35 mph zone in the 10000 block of Stone Quarry Road. The officer contacted the driver and immediately smelled burnt marijuana coming from the vehicle. The driver admitted to smoking at home several hours ago, but a search of the driver revealed a plastic bag with 1/3 gram of marijuana in it, and a search of the vehicle turned up a glass pipe with burnt and unburned marijuana in the bowl. The driver was taken into custody, fingerprinted at the police station and released.

Wednesday, Nov. 17
Abandoned Vehicle: At 3:18 p.m., an officer came across a white vehicle parked in the access driveway to the east side of the bridge on North Bend Way. The vehicle was empty, and its back end extended slightly over the fog line and into the roadway. The officer also found that the vehicle’s tabs had expired 45 days earlier.
Sunday, Nov. 14
Egging: At 11:11 a.m., the victim of a thorough egging contacted police to report the vandalism. Someone had thrown eggs at the victim’s two vehicles parked in the driveway, as well as at the front of the house. The victim suspected the incident had happened around 9:30 p.m. Saturday, because his dog had been barking a lot then.
Friday, Nov. 12
Stolen sign: At 9:20 a.m. police responded to a business in the 100 block of Downing Ave. N, for a report of a stolen sign. The sign was for the business, and was quite large. It had not been attached to the building yet.

Wednesday, Nov. 17
Medical complaint: At 12:30 a.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to State Route 202 and Snoqualmie Parkway for an 18-year-old man with a medical complaint. He was evaluated and elected to drive himself home.
Medical call: At 1:51 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Snoqualmie Ridge area for a medical call. One patient was treated and then left in care with family on scene.
Medical call: At 3:47 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs were dispatched to the Snoqualmie downtown area for a medical call. One patient was evaluated and then left in care of family on scene.
Tuesday, Nov. 16
Fire alarm: At 8:36 a.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded to Southeast Curtis Street for a fire alarm sounding. No problem was found.
Medical problem: At 9:18 a.m., Snoqualmie EMTs and Bellevue paramedics responded to Cedar Place Southeast for a 26-year-old woman with a medical problem. She was transported to the hospital by paramedics.
Fire alarm: At 3:37 p.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded to Southeast Ridge Street for an automatic fire alarm. The alarm was found to be malfunctioning, and a repair technician was called.

Medical call: At 12:27 a.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Snoqualmie Ridge area for a medical call. One patient was evaluated and then transported to the hospital by private vehicle.
Friday, Nov. 12
Bathroom fire: At 9 a.m., Snoqualmie firefighters responded to Mount Si High School for a fire in a restroom. The fire was extinguished and the scene was turned over to the Snoqualmie Police Department.
Medical call: At 1:26 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Casino for a medical call. One patient was treated and then transported to the hospital by Snoqualmie EMTs.
Medical call: At 8:52 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs were dispatched to the Snoqualmie Ridge area for a medical call. One patient was evaluated and left in care with wife on scene.
Medical call: At 9:55 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs responded to the Mount Si High School for a medical aid call. One patient was evaluated and then transported to the hospital by Snoqualmie EMTs.
Medical call: At 11:20 p.m., Snoqualmie EMTs were dispatched to the Snoqualmie downtown area for a medical call. One patient was treated and then transported to the hospital by Snoqualmie EMTs.
Fall City Fire District
Wednesday, Nov. 17
Shock: At 1:54 p.m., firefighters received a walk-in alarm at the fire station for a 48-year-old woman who was having an anaphylactic reaction. She was also seen by a paramedic unit. The patient was transported to Overlake Hospital via the medic unit.
Tuesday, Nov. 16
Garbage fire: At 4:22 a.m., firefighters responded to a small rubbish fire. The fire was unattended and otherwise illegal. It was extinguished.
Downed tree: At 2:53 p.m., firefighters responded to a tree down into power lines. The firefighters closed the road and advised Puget Sound Energy and the King County Sheriff’s Office.

Dizziness: At 12:49 a.m., firefighters responded to a 58-year old female that was feeling dizzy and nauseated. The patient was treated and transported to Swedish Hospital in Issaquah via the Fall City aid car.
Chest pain: At 3:50 p.m., firefighters responded to a 54-year-old man who was experiencing chest pain. He was also seen by a paramedic unit from Bellevue Fire Department. The patient was treated and transported to Overlake Hospital via the medic unit.
Sunday, Nov. 14
Car accident: At 12:02 a.m., firefighters responded to a motor vehicle accident with one patient trapped inside. The patient was extricated and transported to Harborview Medical Center via paramedics.
Fainting: At 12:19 p.m., firefighters responded to an 88-year-old woman who was experiencing a syncopal episode. She was treated and transported to Swedish Hospital in Issaquah via the Fall City aid car.
Thursday, Nov. 11
Fall: At 6:08 p.m., firefighters responded to a 75-year-old woman who had fallen at home. She was not hurt, and was assisted back into bed and was left at home.
