Milstein leads Grez in race for SVSD board

Initial election results show Judith Milstein is leading in the only competitive school board race

Judith Milstein is leading Linda Grez for the District 2 seat on the Snoqualmie Valley School Board, based on initial results released by King County Elections Tuesday.

Milstein currently leads Grez by about 5 points, carrying 52% of the vote.

Tuesday’s results aren’t official, as election workers will continue to tally remaining ballots over the next week. Results will be certified on Nov. 28.

The contest between Grez and Milstein is the only competitive school board race this election. Incumbent Ram Vedullapalli is running unopposed in District 5 and carries 98% of the vote, as of Tuesday night. Rene Price, who is running unopposed in District 4 , also carries over 98% of the vote.
