Neighborhoods invited to participate in National Night Out

Neighborhoods throughout the cities of North Bend and Snoqualmie are invited to attend National Night Out, 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2, at Snoqualmie Community Park, 35016 S.E. Ridge St. The event will include food and children’s activities

Representatives from the Snoqualmie Police and Fire Departments, King County Search and Rescue, WSP Bomb Technicians, and the Department of Fish and Wildlife will participate in the event, as well as vendors of security products, such as alarms and self-defense tools.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer, better places to live.
