North Bend Art and Industry will host its annual Race for Art fundraiser at the Si View Community Center from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Saturday, April 29.

North Bend Art and Industry is a nonprofit that has been working since 2019 to bring more art education and art experiences and to the Valley. They also support local artists.

The fundraiser helps North Bend Art and Industry grow and support its goal of leasing a space to hold workshops, art shows, a writers’ conference and other events.

The Race for Art fundraiser is a Kentucky Derby-themed event. It will feature local beer and wine, hors d’oeuvres, a live auction and “horse races” with local celebrity jockeys. Members of the Mount Si High School Jazz Band will be playing music at the event.
