Former Hells Angels motorcycle club member Joshua Binder, 31, of North Bend was found guilty of conspiracy to violate federal racketeering laws last week.

Binder was one of three current or former Hells Angels convicted Monday, June 11, in U.S. District Court in Seattle on charges related to federal RICO (racketeer influenced and corrupt organization) laws.

The jury deadlocked on whether he participated in the murder of Michael Walsh of Snohomish County at a party in July 2001. Prosecutors said Walsh drew the club’s ire by pretending to be a Hells Angel.
