The city of North Bend will hold a public hearing at 3 p.m., Thursday, June 23, in the North Bend City Hall Conference Room, 211 Main Avenue N. North Bend, regarding a proposed preliminary plat for the Tanner Falls Subdivision.

This subdivision, of 14.5 acres adjacent to the Tannerwood neighborhood, would include 48 lots for single-family homes. The developer is John Day Homes of North Bend.

The preliminary plat is a rough mapping of the new development. It may include streets, water and sewer extensions, stormwater treatment and parks and open spaces as required by city code.

Following approval of a preliminary plat, the project will also be required to undergo an engineering review, obtain a clearing and grading permit, obtain an agreement for extending roads and utilities into the existing infrastructure, obtain a stormwater permit, and complete a detailed final plat for approval.
