North Bend is seeking applicants to fill a vacancy on the city’s Economic Development Commission. The open spot is Position 2, with a term expiring Dec. 31 of this year.

The Business and Economic Development Commission has seven members, and typical terms are four years. Their role is to provide guidance and direction on the city’s future economic development. Meetings are typically once a month on a Thursday morning.  Anyone interested in serving on this commission can submit an application to the city of North Bend, Attn: City Clerk, PO Box 896, North Bend, WA 98045.
