Ron and Glenda Charbonneau will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house, 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 8 at the Sno-Valley Eagles hall, 8200 Railroad Ave. in Snoqualmie.

Both Glenda and Ron graduated with the Mount Si High School class of 1958.

The couple married Nov. 6, 1958 in Snoqualmie. Their four children are Ron Charbonneau, jr., Cathy Charbonneau, Christy Wright and Carol Wright, who all reside in Snoqualmie and North Bend. Ron and Glenda also have seven grandchildren.

Ron worked for Weyerhaeuser and at the Safeway Ice Cream plant in Bellevue, where he retired in 1995. Glenda drove school buses for the Snoqualmie Valley School District for about 30 years, and retired in 2000. The couple resides in the Snoqualmie Valley.
