Prime rib carved to order is on the menu at Carnation’s Sno Valley Senior Center. The center’s monthly benefit dinner starts at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 13. Dinner includes a choice of potatoes, vegetable, a trip down the salad bar and a special valentine dessert. Cost is $15 per person.
