The Snoqualmie Elementary School PTSA will host a “Raise a Glass to SES and Timber Ridge” event, 6:30 p.m. Saturday, March 5, at Sigillo Cellars in Snoqualmie.

The event will raise funds for the SES PTSA and the new PTSA for Timber Ridge Elementary School, slated to open in the fall.

A silent auction and live auction are part of the evening’s festivities. Guests will have the opportunity to bid on items such as a family pizza party with the principal at Timber Ridge, a birthday message on the reader board at SES, local artwork and gift packages. Plans for the live auction include a surprise from Marshawn Lynch.

Snoqualmie PTSA President Diana Reul-Shapiro said, the organization had been asked to do an auction for years. “We think it’s the perfect time. With about 30 percent of SES families planning to attend the new elementary school, we can fund-raise for both schools now and ensure that Timber Ridge’s PTSA starts off successfully.”

The event features a complimentary photo booth, appetizers and a commemorative wine glass. Sigillo Cellars will donate a portion of bottle sales from the evening to the organizations.
