A three-month old Manx kitten was reported lost in North Bend on Dec. 22. Gary Ruffcorn, the owner of the cat, described it as black with white tufts inside both ears and no tail.

A three-month old Manx kitten was reported lost in North Bend on Dec. 22. Gary Ruffcorn, the owner of the cat, described it as black with white tufts inside both ears and no tail.
Ruffcorn is offering a reward to anyone who can find the cat. He asks whoever finds the cat to call him at (425) 652-6658.
