Start your engines! Thomas the Tank Engine arrives in Snoqualmie in just a few short weeks. This year, the Northwest Railway Museum is the only site in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Montana to host the “cheeky little engine,” and trains are filling up fast.

The Valley Record is giving away a four-pack of event passes to a local family, just for sharing their favorite memories or photos from Thomas, or any train they’ve visited in the Valley.

Running now through 5 p.m. Thursday, July 7, the give-away invites people to post a photo or story from a visit to the Northwest Railway Museum (www.trainmuseum.org) or, if you haven’t been there yet, the reasons you’d like to, to the Valley Record Facebook page, (https://www.facebook.com/ValleyRecord).

The winner will be selected July 8 and announced in the July 13 issue of the Valley Record and on Facebook. The prize is a family four-pack of passes to Day out with Thomas on Friday, July 22, with a 3 p.m. admission time, provided by the Northwest Railway Museum.

Day out with Thomas runs for two weekends at the Northwest Railway Museum, July 15 to 17 and July 22 to 24.
