Thursday, March 29

Unwelcome guest: At 8:03 a.m., a business owner in the 14600 block of 468 Avenue Southeast found evidence that a truck driver had parked his vehicle, uninvited, on the business lot. The owner has limited space and allows only customers of his business to park in the lot. He confronted the uninvited driver, who shoved him.

Tuesday, March 27

Shoplifting: At 7:30 p.m., a store employee in the 400 block of Southwest Mount Si Boulevard called police to report a theft. A man had filled a shopping cart with merchandise, then pushed it out the door without paying. This was the second such theft in a week.

Saturday, March 24

Assault: At 8:37 p.m., officers were called to the 45500 block of Southeast North Bend Way, to remove two customers from a business. The subjects, man and woman, reportedly argued with an employee over their bill, then the man spit on the employee, and the woman hit him and tore his shirt.

Tough tow: At 5:47 p.m., police were called to a reported car theft in the 200 block of Southeast North Bend Way. A vehicle missing a rear wheel had been left in a business parking lot, to be towed the next day, but another vehicle must have arrived and towed it away first.

Monday, March 26

Driving is driving: At 3:17 a.m., an officer came to the assistance of another officer in contact with two intoxicated individuals in the 8000 block of Falls Avenue Southeast. They were sitting in a vehicle, but no keys were in the ignition. The man had a warrant and was arrested. The woman promised not to drive but to sleep in her vehicle. As the officer left, he saw the woman driving the car in the parking lot, and arrested her. She was physically combative and resisted the officer, but was eventually subdued and arrested for driving under the influence.

Fraud: At 8:59 a.m., a caller contacted police for assistance with a fraud investigation. She said she’d been contacted by a Roseville Police officer, because a mortgage company’s database had been hacked, and someone in California was using the personal information of customers to commit fraud .

Friday, March 23

Leash law: At 4:25 p.m., a caller asked police to speak with a group of four people and three dogs playing in the 35000 block of Southeast Ridge Street. When the officer arrived, one dog was off-leash, and the owner said he was not aware of the law, but leashed the dog.

High speed: At 10:08 a.m., an officer on patrol eastbound on I-90 clocked two approaching vehicles at 81 mph and 92 mph. The officer attempted to stop the 92 mph vehicle, which did not respond to  the signal lights, but instead continued down the freeway, exiting at Snoqualmie Parkway and continuing down the parkway before finally stopping. The driver was intoxicated but said he had not drunk anything that morning, and had six or eight beers the previous night.

Wednesday, March 28

Fire alarm: Firefighters were dispatched with Eastside Fire and Rescue for a commercial automatic fire alarm.  There was phone contact made with the reporting party and Fall City units were cancelled while still enroute.

Death: EMTs were dispatched to a report of a man who had died. The left the scene in the control of King County Sheriff’s Deputies.

Tuesday, March 27

Breathing problem: EMTs were dispatched to see a woman who was having difficulty breathing. She was evaluated and transported to an area hospital via private ambulance.

Monday, March 26

Rollover: Firefighters were dispatched with Eastside Fire District for a one-car rollover MVA.  1 patient was found and refused treatment from Aid personel.

Sunday, March 25

Medical problem: EMTs were dispatched to see a woman who was having difficulty breathing. She was evaluated and then left at home.

Friday, March 23

Truck vs. cycle: Firefighters were dispatched with Eastside Fire and Rescue for a truck vs. motorcycle accident. One patient was evaluated and transported to an area hospital via private ambulance.
