Fall City Fire District responded to the following calls:

Wednesday, Nov. 11

Breathing problem: At 4:44 a.m., firefighters responded to a 21-year-old man with breathing difficulties. He was also seen by a paramedic unit from Bellevue Fire, treated and transported to Snoqualmie Valley Hospital via the Fall City aid car.

Smoke smell: At 11:44 a.m., firefighters responded to a smell of smoke in a commercial structure. On arrival, it appeared to be coming from an electrical source. The building was turned over to building maintenance staff.

Cooking fire: At 6:38 p.m., firefighters responded to a cooking fire. The fire was found to be out on arrival.

Tuesday, Nov. 10

Stuck on a roof: At 11:10 a.m., firefighters responded to a person that was stuck on their roof. The person was assisted down off of the roof. There were no injuries.

Monday, Nov. 9

Alarm: At 10:04 a.m., firefighters responded to an automatic fire alarm. They found that the tamper valve had been touched by a contractor on site. The alarm was reset.

Sunday, Nov. 8

Head injury: At 4:06 p.m., firefighters responded to a 6-year-old boy who had suffered a head injury. He was given an exam and allowed to stay on scene in the care of his mother.

Burn pile: At 6:29 p.m., firefighters responded to a report of a structure fire. On arrival, it was discovered to be an illegal burn pile. The fire was extinguished, and a notice of violation was issued to the occupant.

Saturday, Nov. 7

Bloody nose: At 2:40 p.m., firefighters responded to a 68-year-old man with a nose bleed. He was given an exam and allowed to go with his brother to the hospital.

Heart problem: At 3:17 p.m., firefighters responded to a 68-year-old man who was experiencing a cerebral vascular accident. He was treated and transported to Overlake Hospital Medical Center via private ambulance.

Feeling sluggish: At 4:09 p.m., firefighters responded to a 61-year-old man who was feeling lethargic. He was treated and transported to Overlake Hospital via private ambulance.

Thursday, Nov. 5

Breathing problem: At 4:38 p.m., firefighters responded to an 89-year-old woman who had shortness of breath. She was also seen by a paramedic unit from Bellevue Fire Department, and was treated and transported to Overlake Hospital Medical Center via the medic unit.

Stuck on a roof: At 6:26 p.m., firefighters responded to assist a teenage boy off of his roof. There were no injuries or illnesses.
