Two North Bend non-profits and one in Carnation, Encompass Northwest, the Mount Si Helping Hand Food Bank, and the Camlann Medieval Association, are among the 1,000 organizations selected for matching donations from the Seattle Foundation’s online “GiveBIG” challenge Thursday, June 23.
All credit card donations made to any of these organizations between 7 a.m. and midnight Thursday will earn them a share of a $500,000 pool of money. The organizations that receive the largest percentage of donations will receive a matching percentage of the pool.
