Elsie Irene (Sande) Hockenbury

Elsie Irene (Sande) Hockenbury was born February 15, 1926 in Seattle, Washington and left this earth on February 24, 2010. Preceded in death by her loving husband of 54 yrs, Joel F. Hockenbury. Her joy in life was her family. She leaves her son and his wife, Doug and Sharon Hockenbury and their children: Toby, Tori/(Luke) Dawson, Treyton (preceded in death), Tasby, Taryn, Tevis, Tenille, Trajen and Taylyn Hockenbury; daughter Bonnie Walters and her children: Jamie/(Robert) Russell, Jodie Walters/Jace Clark; three greatchildren: Matthew Russell, Nehemiah Dawson and Caden Clark. Her brother Earl/(Annette) Sande, their children Rob and Jeff Sande, their wives and children. A memorial service celebrating Elsie’s life was held on March 4, 2010 at the Mt Si Lutheran Church in North Bend, WA. Arrangements are under the care of Gilbertson Funeral Home, Stanwood.
