Mardell Janice Reynolds passed away on February 22, 2018. She was 76 years old. Mardell was born in Wadena, MN on September 3 1941, the firstborn of 3 daughters of Norm and Della Streich.

After moving to Washington State, Mardell eventually settled in Snoqualmie, WA and was married to Maurice Reynolds for over 30 years. Mardell worked in local restaurants initially, before being employed by Weyerhaeuser for over 25 years as a bander operator in shipping.

Upon retirement, she devoted herself to her passions as avid reader, pen pal, and animal lover. She had over 30 pen pals, while also supporting numerous charities to orphans, law enforcement, environment, Christianity, and many others. She was also very generous to many individual friends, and family, who needed her help.

Mardell is survived by her youngest son Randy Reynolds, sister Jeanie Hunsacker, and 3 grandchildren, Coby, Shanna, and Joshua.
