Nancy Kelly Thornton, 76 of North Bend, Washington passed away in Springfield, Oregon September 20, 2016. She was returning to her home in Sunland Village East, Mesa Arizona. She had been fighting a lung disease for the last few years.

Nancy was born in Everett, Washington October 26, 1939, she attended Mt Si High School in Snoqualmie, WA and business college in Spokane, WA.

Married to Tom Thornton February 8, 1958, mother of three children Michael Thornton, Cindy Everson, and Jamie Oates. Grandchildren, Josh Thornton, Justin and Daniel Everson, and Carol DeBois. Great grandchildren Aryanna Thornton, Brooke and Brody DeBois.

The family will have a Celebration of Life for Nancy June 17, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Moose Lodge in North Bend. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Lung Association.
