Penny A. (Gomm) Prukop

Penny A. (Gomm) Prukop, 40, of Tacoma grew her wings and went to “HEAVEN” on January 20, 2009.Her funeral and interment were held January 30, 2009. She was born in Salt Lake City, UT and moved to Issaquah at age 2 and Fall City at age 4, where she grew up and went to school. She was known for love and zest for life, family, extended family and friends. Penny valued family and friends and the everlasting memories she made with them! She loved being a mother and grandmother. Then there was that love for “Mickey Mouse”! Penny could turn any frown the other way around, with her presence, her happy big beautiful smile and her funnies, but most of all her love and care! She will be missed so much!She is survived by her husband, Donald Prukop (Tacoma); mother, Gayle Gomm (Lake Stevens); father, Les Gomm (Bellevue); 4 children, David Russell, Tiara Jenkins, Justin Jenkins and stepdaughter Katie Prukop; 4 grandchildren, Jordan, Esteven and Jesse, Elle; 2 grandmothers, Sophia Bigley (CA), Evelyn Bodily (UT); 3 sisters: Belinda Pliska, Rhonda Goldsmith, Lorie Earlywine; 2 brothers, John Gomm, Arron Gomm; many nieces, nephews and 3 great nephews.You can send condolences, share memories or just sign her guest book at www.mountainviewtacoma.com.
