Rich Beringer

(1984-2024)

Richard Elliot Beringer II was born on January 17, 1984 in Bellevue, Washington, to parents Richard and Rosalie Beringer. He spent his childhood in North Bend, Washington. Rich became a second-generation Mount Si High School wildcat and then earned his associate degree at Bellevue College.

Rich’s high school employment at QFC as a box boy developed into a lifelong career in the grocery business. He trained as a Meatcutter and rose to Meat Manager in the QFC/Fred Meyer/ Kroger family of stores; proudly representing UFCW Local 3000 Meatcutter’s union as a member and one time union steward.

Rich enjoyed camping, rafting, bowling, video games, movies and watching his young sons grow and learn!

He is survived by his lovely lady Nicole, sons Richard Elliot III and Joseph Gregory and their mother Amanda, Rich’s mother Rosalie and sister Kim. Rich was preceded in death by his father and namesake. He was loved dearly and will be greatly missed!

There will be a gathering to celebrate Rich’s life in the Red Oak Community Room at the Redmond Senior & Community Center (8703 160th Ave NE, Redmond, WA 98052) on Saturday, November 23rd from 5-7PM. Feel free to bring your favorite side dish to share.
