Richard (Dick) Ellsworth Sr. of Fall City, Washington passed away July 24, 2017.

He was born January 21, 1938 to Lester and Senia Ellsworth in Palmer, Alaska. He was raised in Kirkland, Washington and married Gladys Kleimola on October 14, 1961 in Bellevue, Washington.

Survivors include his wife Gladys Ellsworth; son Richard (Melony) Ellsworth Jr.; daughters Carrie (Jeff Read) Ellsworth, Wendy (Kevin) Owens, and Amy (Matt Treinen) Ellsworth; grandchildren Axel Ellsworth, Lauren Ellsworth, Henry Owens, Josephine Owens and Elliott Treinen; and brother Lester Ellsworth.
