Todd Patsy will be remembered on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at the Riverview School District, 15510 1st Ave NE Duvall, WA 1PM Everyone is welcome!

Todd is survived by his best friend, wife Julie (Welch), sons Austin and Jeremy, his sisters, Teresa Frank & Kim (Mike) Reeves. In-laws John & Sharron Welch, brother in-law John (Grace)Welch, niece, Bella Welch, nephews, Maddox Welch, Tyler & Brandon Reeves, and Dean Frank.

Todd died suddenly on November 25, 2017. He lived a short but happy life. He was loved by so many and will be missed deeply. Todd was 53 years old.
