Letter | Returning Thai restaurant family is welcomed by North Bend

Suet, Kim, and their son, Cameron, are returning to North Bend. Five years ago they were forced to close CC Thai and find other employment due to the recession.

Suet, Kim, and their son, Cameron, are returning to North Bend. Five years ago they were forced to close CC Thai and find other employment due to the recession.

The reason we call North Bend their home is because they spent more time here serving our community then they did in Federal Way, where they live.

Having lunch or dinner at CC Thai was more than just having a great meal. We were always cheerfully welcomed by Kim and Suet, and their sons, Cameron and Casey.

Suet, Kim, Cameron and many of their family will return to North Bend, to re-open Yum Yang Chinese Restaurant and add their wonderful Thai food to the menu. We are looking forward to their return to the Valley.

CC Thai was originally named for their two sons, Cameron and Casey (Jason).

The new name will be JC Thai-Nese, still honoring their sons.

Their cuisine represents the fusion of Thai and Chinese.

We hope you will join us in welcoming them home.
