P>In your article on the transportation study, you stated that no

action was taken on the vote of no confidence because the union failed to submit

a formal grievance. A vote of no confidence is not a grievable issue. We

can only file a grievance when there is a violation of our union contract.

We presented the vote of no confidence to the School Board, which resulted

in the study of the transportation department.
