After the election in November, Joan Sharp wrote a glowing tribute
to her manager John Aronica. People just said yes to John. Since so many
seem to have voted for him, why doesn’t Sharp do the sporting thing and
turn the position over to him?
He is friendly and outgoing, well liked, has lived here forever,
and knows City Hall inside out.
For those who take me literally, I know John lives outside city limits,
I don’t think Sharp would give up the position, and I don’t think the
city government would sanction it. So call it tongue-in-cheek, or even better
_ wishful thinking.
