Students turning out for all athletics should plan quickly to

complete the necessary forms so that participation will not be delayed. To be

eligible to participate, all students should have on file a white Health/Emergency

Information form and a gray Physical Examination form. The forms

are available in the main office at Mount Si High School.

Additionally, all athletes are required to purchase an ASB card

($20) by Wildcat Day or earlier. Fall sports offered include; football,

volleyball, girl’s soccer, cross country, boy’s

golf, boy’s tennis and dance team.
