Mount Si Dance qualifies for state championship

For the first time since 2004, the Mount Si High School Dance team has qualified for the state championship.

Dancers Emma Eubanks, Camille Ostrem, Clarissa Ricks, Gracie Stokes, Cydney Tse, Morgan Wadsworth, Serena Watters and Ellie Wood earned a second place finish in the 4A Military category at the District Two qualifiers on the weekend of March 4 and 5.

That strong placing qualified them for a spot at the WIAA State Championship on March 24 and 25 at the Sundome in Yakima.
