Mount Si High School will be offering athletic physicals for Mount Si students who will be participating in Wildcat sports during the 2008-09 school year.

The physicals will be offered tbetween 6 and 8 p.m. Tuesday, June 3. Physicals cost $25 and will be administered in the Mount Si gymnasium. No appointment is necessary; athletes will need to have all the proper paperwork filled out beforehand or have a parent or guardian present.

Forms are available at www.mountsihighschool.com, under “Physicals,” or can be picked up at the school office or the athletic training room. Forms include a history form and a parental consent form.
